The traditional enterprise VALENZI from the Lüneburg heath has stood for the high-quality processing and refinement of forest fruits for over half a century.
With over a hundred employees VALENZI has
become one of the market leaders in the field of wild mushrooms and cranberries, as well as a much valued commercial partner many times over for frozen foods and fine conserves. The comprehensive product range, which comprises mushrooms, berries and soup ingredients is supplemented by innovative convenience products and is aimed towards C&C markets, bulk consumers and the grocery retail trade.
